We recommend UPS ground for all packages as they have the best tracking, insurance and speedy delivery. On order over 13 pounds we recommend UPS ground as that will be the best method. If the order has a shipping weight of under 2 pounds US priority mail is $9.25. For order with a shipping weight of 3 pounds to 12.99 pounds US priority mail is $11.80. Remember that all weights must be rounded up to the next pound. For example if you purchase 3 pounds of chia, the actual shipping weight is 4 pounds. Also offered is UPS ground, 3rd day, 2nd day, next day or international.
Chia for Health ships international to most countries. Shipping will be either air mail or UPS and will be the actual shipping (no handling fees). You will be emailed with the shipping costs prior to the order being processed.
